Who we are

This website is operated by AS Pharma Enterprises (Pvt.) Ltd., a DRAP-enlisted supplement manufacturer based in Lahore, Pakistan. In this document “we” and “us” mean the company; “you” means anyone browsing or ordering from the site.

By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

What we sell — and what we do not claim

We sell dietary supplements: vitamins, minerals and related products manufactured under GMP conditions. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, managing a health condition, or taking prescription medication. Follow the dosage on the label.

Orders and pricing

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm your order by phone.
• We may decline or cancel an order — including one already confirmed — if stock has run out, if the price or product information was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. You are refunded in full in every such case.
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged as set out in our delivery policy.
• Prices and product availability can change without notice, but never after your order has been confirmed.

Payment

No card details are collected or processed on this website. Cash on delivery is the default; online transfers are arranged directly with us. If anyone asks you to enter card details on a page claiming to be ours, it is not us — stop and contact us.

What data we hold

To dispatch an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and any note you add at checkout. That is all we need and all we ask for.

• We use it to confirm, pack, deliver and follow up on your order.
• We share it with our courier partner only to the extent needed to deliver the parcel.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.
• Order records are retained for our accounting and warranty obligations. You can ask us to delete anything not required by law by messaging us.

Your cart is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears it.

Your account of the site

The text, photography, product artwork and layout on this site belong to AS Pharma Enterprises and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. You may of course share links, screenshots and quotes.

Please do not attempt to break, scrape at volume, or interfere with the site or its ordering system.

Limits of our liability

We stand behind the identity, potency and purity of every batch we release, and our returns policy covers anything that reaches you faulty. Beyond the value of the order itself, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you hold under Pakistani consumer law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction. In practice: message us first. Almost everything gets sorted out in a WhatsApp conversation.

Changes to this page

We update these terms as the business changes, and the date at the top always reflects the current version. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published on the day you placed it.
